Wairere Boulders

The Wairere Boulders are an impressive feat of Mother Nature and well worth a visit during your stay at Tauranga Bay Holiday Park. See thousands of huge boulders stacked on top of each other, some are around 30m high. This unique boulder formation looks like a giant stream of rocks and boulders flowing down towards the sea.

The valley features an easy walk with viewing platforms, river bridges and tracks that lead over, around and under the boulders in a spectacular way.
