Welcome to Tui Park - a new, small development that we have undertaken right next to our Holiday Park. Tui Park makes the dream of owning a 'kiwi beach bach' a possible (and hassle-free!) reality.
Purchase a LeisureBuilt Home and have it placed onsite at Tui Park - for fantastic family holidays any time of the year.
Sites range from 10x14m up to 20x9m with power, water, phone and sewerage connection to each site. Choose from the many options of the Leisurebuilt Transportable Homes range or if you already own a tidy caravan the fixed annex might be for you. Design your own with our help - we are the Northland agents for Leisurebuillt homes right here on site.
Once you have purchased your unit select one of the 32 available sites (site layout (pdf) and we'll organize the rest. Once your unit is built, it will be transported up and set on site - connected and ready to use!
Lease payment of the sites are $1900,00 + GST p/a and will expire on 30th November 2010. This lease includes 100 free nights for you and your immediate family. Any other family members or friends that would like to use your bach just pay us camp charges. Your annual payment covers the rates, water, sewerage, rubbish, lawn care and security - it truly takes the hassle out of owning a Holiday Home and most importantly it is affordable!
